    Thank you for registering for the 7th ITSHC. To help us organize the upcoming activities, we kindly ask you to complete this form and indicate your preferences.


    Meal preference

    Please indicate your meal preference: vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

    Guided tour

    Conference participants are invited to join a guided walking tour. The tour starts at the congress center and ends at the Dunikowski pier, where the Odra-river cruise and dinner will begin.

    Please indicate whether you would like to join the tour (YES) or spend your free time at your own discretion and you appear only for the Odra-river cruise at 6 pm (NO).


    Parking dla uczestników

    Dla uczestników konferencji został zarezerwowany parking samochodowy w pobliżu stacji kolejki gondolowej Polinka. Poniższa mapa przedstawia położenie parkingu.
